Requirements
- Current resume
- Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (compact license acceptable)
- Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
- Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
- Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
Compensation and Benefits
