• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• Valid and active license for the State of Georgia

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously
• Successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans focused on patient discharge
• Maintains accurate and timely medical record documentation in accordance with regulations
• Participates in student programs, professional development, and complies with State Practice Act and licensure requirements
• Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement and safety initiatives, including safe patient handling and infectious disease management
