Travel Physical Therapist - $2,118 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid SC License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current registration as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, experience, etc. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
