Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care
- Complete thorough initial and ongoing patient evaluations
- Document patient care according to regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a PT setting
- Valid WA PT license
- BLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
