About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Document patient progress using EPIC EMR.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
