Travel Physical Therapist - $2,105 per week

Job Summary

Physical Therapist Home Health in HILO, Hawaii. This position involves providing rehabilitation services within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).

Job Details

• Location: 1180 Waianuenue Ave, HILO, Hawaii, 96720
• Schedule: Rotating shift times; generally scheduled five (5) days per week with potential inclusion of one weekend day; 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Current State of Hawaii license in good standing appropriate to the discipline
• CURRENT Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 2 years of experience in the SNF/ICF setting (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with EMR documentation (Net Health Rehab Optima Epic)
• Facility workflows
• Ability to supervise therapy assistants, when applicable

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
