Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR Certification
- active and applicable state-specific professional license
- ability to meet professional development requirements
- adherence to state practice acts and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously
- previous experience with the organization

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
