Required Qualifications
- Connecticut PT license prior to start
- 2 years of Orthopedic (Ortho) experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Additional Information
- Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Experience: 2 years of Orthopedic experience
- Shift schedule: 40 hours, Monday through Friday, with 5 shifts of 8 hours each between 7AM-7PM, including 2 evening shifts until 7PM.
