About the role

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to make a significant impact in Ashland, OR. This position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Implement interventions in various settings
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,051.66 - $2,115.11 per week

Schedule

  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • 12-week assignment
