About the role
The client in Athens, Alabama is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their SNF team. The position is a 13-week contract starting as soon as possible, working 32 hours per week on a 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay
