About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Puyallup, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- 1 year full time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
- Pay rate range: $40.11 - $47.40
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process
- Pay package includes a tax-free stipend
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8 hours shift
