Travel Physical Therapist - $2,075 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• 1 year full time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

• Pay rate range: $40.11 - $47.40 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours shift.
