Travel Physical Therapist - $2,074 per week

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026 in Clearwater, Florida. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is based at a single facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
