This position is with Select Physical Therapy in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The contract lasts 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on a day shift (8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week).

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license in Physical Therapy
