- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Clinic
- Location: 1735 N Green Ave, Purcell, OK 73080
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Additional Information
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients
- Document care accurately in Raintree electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week supported by AI-driven tools that streamline documentation
