About the Role
Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Brookings, Oregon. This is a 13-week travel position with a start date of 10/01/2026, offering 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services as assigned for the duration of the contract.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain).
- Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments.
