About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain license).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facility environments, schedules, and patient needs.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
