About the role

Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in Flagstaff, Arizona. This position offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift schedule. As a travel clinician, you will provide rehab therapy services while experiencing the support of a dedicated recruiter who assists with placement, housing, payroll, and travel coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a rehab setting
• Deliver patient care during 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Rehab therapy experience preferred
• Ability to travel for a 13-week assignment
• Current certifications as required by state and facility
