Advantis Medical is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy clinician for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN.

This travel position is at Select Medical - Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Wayne. The contract lasts 13 weeks, with 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (day shift).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality physical therapy care to patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience
• Associate degree or required certifications
• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License or State ID
