Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) located at the healthcare provider's outpatient care setting. This position involves evaluating patients and developing tailored treatment plans to facilitate recovery and functional improvement. The role emphasizes patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring safe, effective therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
• Delegates discipline-specific therapy services and designs functional treatment programs to enable a successful return to community activities.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and documents in medical records accurately and timely.
• Provides supervision for student rotations.
• Seeks ongoing professional development and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement and safety protocols, including safe patient handling and infection control.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Active licensure in the state where work will be performed.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 09/07/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
