About the role

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12‑week assignment in White Lake, Michigan (clinic located in Macomb, MI). The modern clinic is currently staffed by one PT who is transitioning, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an average of approximately 48 patients per week.
• Conduct evaluations lasting 30 to 60 minutes.
• Treat musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on adult orthopedic and sports medicine, plus some neurological patients.
• Document patient encounters using the NextGen system, assisted by a generative AI documentation scribe.
• Collaborate with professional aides and float support staff.
• Potentially float to other regional locations as needed (not mandatory).

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• At least 2 years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with two required late shifts.
• Availability for a 5×8 schedule (clinic hours Mon‑Thu 7:00 AM‑7:00 PM, Fri 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM).
