Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Buckeye, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Completed all required coursework and clinical hours.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week.
