Travel Physical Therapist - $2,035 per week

Schedule

• Day Shift (7A - 3:30P), 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week; every other weekend is required.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapy licensure;
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
• minimum 6 months current acute care Physical Therapist experience;
• experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation setting;
• knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, and vital machines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro certification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluation and treatment;
• Provide daily treatment including gait training and neuromuscular reeducation;
• Conduct caregiver training;
• Track treatment time/charges to support required inpatient rehab therapy time per patient;
• Use established unit guidelines and policies to support patient care.

Additional Information

• The inpatient rehab program has a 3-hour therapy requirement in inpatient rehabilitation, and the clinician is responsible for tracking time/charges to ensure patients receive the required time.
