About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Hanahan, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Provide education and training to patients and families
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in South Carolina
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current physical therapy license in South Carolina
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
