Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation software is preferred
