About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Green Valley, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
