About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Jackson, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients' physical conditions and developing individualized rehabilitation programs
- Implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
- Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
Requirements
- At least 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
