About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The position starts ASAP and works 40 hours per week, 9 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

This will be a 13-week assignment, 8A-5P shift starting July 30, 2026, working 40 hours per week.
