Travel Physical Therapist - $2,004 per week

About the role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. This is a 13-week assignment with 32 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
• Must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology

Qualifications

• BLS
• 2 Years of experience

Skills

• Knowledge of adaptive equipment
• Ability to work in an acute care setting
