Travel Physical Therapist - $2,003 per week

About the role

Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Honakaa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Hawaii.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant work experience in long-term care settings.
• Experience working with patients with various medical conditions and disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
