About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Georgetown, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress towards therapy goals
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Kentucky
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
- Experience working with geriatric populations
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
