Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a Rehabilitation Center setting in Sandy Springs, GA. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- GA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,968.34 - $2,029.22 per week
Schedule
- 10-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
