About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist with a strong preference for outpatient experience for a 13-week contract position in Fairfield Glade, TN. This role involves working with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with the opportunity to see 12-14 patients per day. The position may require floating to other clinics as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and administer therapy interventions.
- Manage patient care and ensure effective communication with clients and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
- Outpatient experience is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed and comply with overtime policies.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
