Travel Physical Therapist - $1,997 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment starting immediately in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Pay and Benefits

Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Benefits include Holiday Pay, 401k retirement plan, referral bonus, medical benefits, dental benefits, and vision benefits.
