Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff
• Bill within facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state PT board regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to create team-focused plans
• Evaluate and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Utilize medical systems
• Provide accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience (1 year preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• State-specific licensure
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

Additional Requirements

• Certifications may be required prior to assignment
