Travel Physical Therapist - $1,991 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Ohio to work in an Outpatient setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Deliver care in accordance with organizational goals and professional standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Ohio or ability to obtain it

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
