About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their travel team in a SNF UNIT setting, in SPOKANE, WA. This is a full-time travel contract position.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Active WA. SNF UNIT license
- 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
