LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Hartford, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Alabama
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM-CPT certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
