Travel Physical Therapist - $1,976 per week

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 11-week assignment starting on August 23, 2026, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• A valid AHA BLS certification.
• A current Physical Therapy license in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

12-hour shifts, days, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
