About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a focus on outpatient orthopedic, vestibular, and pelvic health rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse patient population while maintaining excellent patient care standards in Bel Air, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcomed to apply.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
