About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Kapaa, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, home health, and assisted living.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure patient comfort during treatment sessions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Cerner EMR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain ASAP)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Cerner EMR Experience preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with Saturday availability required.
