Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Fall River, Massachusetts, starting October 2, 2026. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, providing PT services in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow‑up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• MA Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay
