About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Assesses client needs and develops individualized therapy plans
- Administers therapeutic interventions and documents observations and services provided
- Communicates directly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members regarding client care
- Provides training on therapeutic programs and adaptive equipment
- Supervises therapy assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Follows infection control, safety, and standard precaution protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required
- National registration and state licensure required, if applicable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing

Candidates must live within an 80-mile radius; local candidates accepted at a lower rate.
