Travel Physical Therapist - $1,960 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week post-acute care assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a physical therapy unit
• Provide care in a post-acute care setting
• Work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday or alternative days as requested
• Perform duties as directed by the supervising physician

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with computerized EMR/charting systems
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Licenses required if applicable

Qualifications

Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate.
