Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active applicable state license
- Successful completion of previous assignments is highly desired

- Experience with outpatient therapy
- Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures
