Travel Physical Therapist - $1,941 per week

About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate travel opening in Lakeview, OR. The assignment starts on 10/05/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and requires 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history, ask questions, and observe tasks.
• Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan identifying specific goals and activities.
• Help people with various disabilities perform different tasks.
• Evaluate a patient's home or workplace and recommend improvements based on health needs.
• Educate a patient's family and employer on accommodations and care.
• Recommend and instruct on the use of special equipment.
• Assess and record patient's activities and progress for evaluations, billing, and reporting.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
