Travel Physical Therapist - $1,932 per week
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. Job posting: Title: Travel Physical Therapist. Already shown, so no heading for title. We need sections: - About the role: maybe summary description. The posting includes "Job Description & Requirements", "Job Details", "Summary". We can combine into About the role: description of role, mission, etc. Use prose
. - Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications? Also Preferred Qualifications? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll follow headings: Requirements (maybe required qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Required and Preferred under Requirements? But spec says use headings as given; we can include both if content exists. - Skills: Required Essential Skills list. - Benefits: Benefits Include list plus other benefits later. - Pay: The posting mentions "competitive pay", "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals", also "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague; we should not create Pay section if content is only generic like "competitive pay" or "based on...". The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week". That is some info, though not specific numbers. Is that considered substantive? It says "competitive pay". Might be considered vague but still states pay exists. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay, albeit not specific amount. I'd include Pay section with that statement. - Schedule: The posting includes "Start Date: ASAP", "Duration: 14 weeks", "40 hours per week", "Shift: 8 hours, days". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Let's extract: About the role: Could be the summary paragraph: "The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, safe patient care." Also maybe the earlier description: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment in Broken Arrow, OK. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." We'll combine into About the role. Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list (bullet points). We'll output
- each.
Requirements: Required Qualifications: "Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations", "Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)". Also maybe "Start Date: ASAP", "Duration: 14 weeks", "40 hours per week", "Shift: 8 hours, days" but those are schedule. We'll keep them under Schedule.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: "Doctorate degree in physical therapy", "Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply", "Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position". Also maybe "Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position" is a note.
Skills: Required Essential Skills list: includes many bullet-like sentences. We'll parse into list items.
Benefits: Benefits Include list: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals", "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage", "Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours", "Life and Short-term disability offered", "401(k) matching", "Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program", "24/7 recruiter support", "Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs". Also later: "Benefits start day 1", "Medical benefits", "Dental benefits", "Vision benefits", "Referral bonus", "Mileage reimbursement", "License and certification reimbursement", "Weekly pay", "Cancelation protection", "Guaranteed Hours", "Employee assistance programs", "Continuing Education". We should combine without duplication. We'll list unique items.
Pay: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" (already in benefits but also pay). Also "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." We'll include that.
Schedule: "Start Date: ASAP", "Duration: 14 weeks", "40 hours per week", "Shift: 8 hours, days". Also maybe "ASAP". We'll list.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like "Other Duties Disclaimer", "Why Choose Fusion?" maybe that's fluff but could be considered About the role? It's promotional; maybe we can include in About the role? The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that content too. However "Why Choose Fusion?" is promotional but still substantive. Could be part of About the role or separate section? There's no heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role as additional prose.
Also "Other Duties Disclaimer" is boilerplate? It's a standard disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Other Duties Disclaimer" is not exactly those categories but could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also "Start your rewarding career as a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) with Fusion Medical Staffing and join our mission to improve lives. Apply now!" is application instruction; remove.
Also "*Fusion is an EOE/E-Verify Employer" remove.
Also "Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy Job ID #1884270." remove.
Also "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy" with mission etc. That's promotional; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's about the company; maybe we keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove legal/EEO etc. This is not that. It's descriptive. Could be included.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's craft sections:
