Advantis Medical is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment at Upstream Rehabilitation in Jonesboro, GA. The clinician will provide compassionate, high‑quality care to patients, supporting their well‑being and recovery throughout a 13‑week contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Ensure patient safety, progress, and recovery through evidence‑based interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy staff experience.
• Associate degree or required certifications.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license or state ID.

Schedule

• 13‑week contract.
• 40 hours per week (5 shifts × 8 hours each).
• Day shifts.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
