About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting May 14, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain professional standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Kansas.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass the national licensure exam.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.
