Travel Physical Therapist - $1,925 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting immediately in Gresham, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and modalities

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
